Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries through various channels such as email, web chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient way.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in an International BPO environment with expertise in blended processes (semi-voice).

- Solid communication skills for handling international chats and emails effectively.

- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
