Education:
Graduate / Undergraduate Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills. (C1Proficiency).
Experience:
Min 6 months in International BPO Chat only. Candidates with : Non-BPO, Domestic process experience are not allowed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions through chat support channels. Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Deliver premium customer experience by ensuring quick and accurate resolutions. Adhere to quality and compliance standards. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
