Role Description The International Business Executive role at OSCAR BIO is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the individual will manage international business development activities, including identifying current markets, building partnerships, and expanding global distribution channels for diagnostic products. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating international trade operations, overseeing export processes, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and distributors.

The role also involves driving international sales growth, preparing sales reports and forecasts,



and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies with market needs.

The International Business

Executive will represent OSCAR BIO in international meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s solutions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in International Business and International Trade, with experience in managing cross-border operations and market entry strategies.
- Proven capabilities in International Sales and Sales, including customer acquisition, account management, and revenue growth in global markets.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and present business proposals.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of export regulations, international compliance standards, and global market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
