We are a Virtual Assistance Services company, specializing in providing innovative virtual assistance solutions to businesses in USA and Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to focus on acquiring new clients in the USA and Canada markets.

FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND ABILITY TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT IST IS AN ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE.

Preference will be given to candidates with US accent or neutral accent.

Position: Business Development Executive - USA & Canada Clients

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in the USA and Canada markets to expand our client base. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms to generate leads and opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executive, directors within target organizations. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position our virtual assistance services as solutions that can add value and drive success.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative sales conversations with prospective clients to understand their pain points and requirements. Propose tailored virtual assistance solutions that address their specific needs and offer transparent benefits and ROI.
- Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales materials that effectively communicates the value proposition of our virtual assistance services. Customize solutions to align with client objectives and differentiate our offerings from competitors.




- Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, objections, and contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Work towards achieving sales targets and closing deals within defined timelines.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the USA and Canada markets. Use market insights to identify new opportunities for business development and stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, with a focus on the USA and Canada markets.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, lead searching platforms, and CRM software.
