About the Role

Ryvanta is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the Dubai Wedding & Events Market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with international clients, wedding planners, venues, and industry partners, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

This role requires strong sales, marketing, client relationship management, and international business development skills, with a focus on luxury weddings and destination events in Dubai.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dubai wedding and events market.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, industry databases, and strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, luxury venues, hotels, and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Ryvanta's international presence.

Sales & Client Acquisition
- Handle inquiries from international clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions with prospective clients.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability targets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Marketing & Brand Promotion




- Support international marketing campaigns targeting the Dubai and GCC markets.
- Collaborate with the branding and creative teams to create promotional content and sales collateral.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and trade shows when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Market Research & Strategy
- Research wedding industry trends, luxury event trends, and market opportunities in Dubai.
- Identify potential partnerships and strategic collaborations.
- Maintain and update CRM records, lead databases, and sales reports.
- Provide regular business development updates and market insights to management.

Required Skills
- Strong business development, sales, and marketing expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.




- Experience in international client handling and relationship management.
- Understanding of the luxury wedding and events industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Strong networking and lead generation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, luxury services, tourism, or related industries will be preferred.
- Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market is an added advantage.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages will be a plus.
- Willingness to work with international clients across different time zones.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-focused professional.
