Job: Roles & Responsibilities: -

Experience in IT & Non-IT Recruitment of middle, and junior management-level consultants.

Hands-on involvement in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing processes.

Effectively source candidates through internet research,social networks, internal databases, cold calling, and referrals.

Managed job postings on various job sites and web portals to attract top talent.

Conduct initial screenings for skills, communication, and stability, forwarding shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.

Hands -on on platforms like Job portals - Naukri, and Monster for candidate search and management.

Maintain effective communication within the organization to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Develop reports for management to aid in resource planning and decision-making.

Responsible for internal recruitment of IT professionals and Non -IT

Technical Screening: Evaluate basic technical stacks (Python, Java,



Cloud/DevOps) and assess cultural fit.

Non - IT - Consultant for Internal

5 Days working company (only 1st Saturday working)
