Inkcredible Studios Private Limited is looking for an experienced B2B Growth & Lead Generation professional to drive recent business opportunities across the UK & US markets .

? Shift: Night Shift

? Employment Type: Full-time

? What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies for UK & US markets

• Identify and target relevant industries, companies, decision-makers and job titles

• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, digital campaigns and other channels

• Manage LinkedIn prospecting, outreach and lead-generation activities

- Research target accounts and build relevant prospect lists

• Plan and execute campaigns through LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Create and manage professional B2B marketing content for LinkedIn, email and digital platforms

- Understand prospect/client requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions

• Communicate directly with UK & US clients and business prospects

- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead information through CRM

• Track campaign and lead-generation performance including CTR, CPC, CPL,



conversion rate and ROAS

- Conduct market research to identify new industries, accounts and business opportunities

• Work closely with internal teams to support business development, client acquisition and revenue growth

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3–10 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, Growth Marketing, International Marketing or Business Development

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn B2B lead generation and prospecting

✔️ Experience targeting international / UK / US markets

✔️ Proven understanding of B2B decision-makers, account targeting and lead qualification

✔️ Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

✔️ Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign optimization

✔️ Excellent English communication and client-handling skills

✔️ Experience working with CRM, Google Analytics / GA4 and GTM is an advantage

✔️ Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment
