Job Title: Inside Sales cum Sales Coordinator Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales cum Sales Coordinator Executive to support the sales team in driving business growth. This role involves generating leads, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, customers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Functions:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
- Present products/services to potential customers and explain value propositions
- Follow up on leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets
Sales Coordination Functions:
- Coordinate between sales team, clients, and internal departments
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Track orders, payments, and delivery status
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
