- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.

- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other departments to resolve customer requirements.

- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, enquiries, and feedback.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/HRIS systems as required.

- Conduct customer follow-ups and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for quick resolution.

- Support customer engagement activities and improve customer satisfaction.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain proper documentation.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
