Summary The Internal Marketing Specialist manages internal communication, supports branding initiatives, and supports sales and marketing initiatives. This position will collaborate with marketing, sales, human resources, and leadership.

The Internal Marketing

Specialist will provide a positive and welcoming experience for customer visits from beginning to end.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Event coordination/hospitality for company events and customer visits.
- Content creation and distribution of company newsletters, intranet updates, memos, surveys, and announcements.
- Create and maintain lobby displays including digital media.
- Manage procurement, budget, and inventory for branded apparel, employee gifts, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with management in supporting company branding campaigns.
- Support technical documentation needs through proofreading and formatting.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives through data management in CRM software.
- Perform administrative functions for the 2800 facility, including reception, phone support, and supply management.
- Additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and/or two to five years of relevant experience.




- Strong time management, organizational skills. Prior event planning experience is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications.
- Self-directed and motivated to exceed expectations.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
