Internal Auditor (Executive/Sr. Executive)

Location: Corporate Bangalore

Travel Requirement: Yes (Inter-unit travel across centers)

A reputed and listed Cancer Care organization in India is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to strengthen its Finance & Compliance function.

Salary Range (Healthcare Industry Norms): Final compensation based on interview performance, experience relevance, and industry norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in the Healthcare sector or any of the audit consulting companies’ working experience.
- Qualification: M. Com / MBA (Finance), CA or equivalent
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit procedures

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal audits across various centers and departments
- Review financial transactions, billing processes, procurement, and inventory controls
- Evaluate internal control systems and identify process gaps
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Prepare audit reports highlighting observations, and identifying the actual root cause, risks, and recommendations




- Audit exit meeting with the unit head and respective HODs
- Follow-up implementation and corrective actions have been taken by the centers
- Support management with risk assessment and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audit closures
- Prepare work papers and adequately document audit-work performed to support conclusions

Required Skills: -

- Proficiency in SAP / similar supply chain application
- Strong command over MS Excel,PPT, draft writing
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and report drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and travel as required
- Positive communication, Hindi, English and region-specific language
