? We’re Hiring – Internal Auditor

Sarala Development & Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Kolkata (On-site).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits of branches and Head Office operations.

Review financial transactions, cash handling, loan documentation and operational processes.

Identify control gaps, irregularities, compliance issues and potential risks.

Verify books of accounts, registers, supporting documents and system records.

Prepare transparent and concise audit reports with observations and recommendations.

Follow up on audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Assess compliance with company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Support management in strengthening internal controls and risk management.

Candidate Profile





Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or related field.

Experience in Internal Audit, Branch Audit, Finance or Microfinance/NBFC will be preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts.

Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills.

Willingness to travel to branches when required.
