Role & responsibilities The Senior Internal Auditor is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for planning and executing internal audits across operational, financial, and compliance areas, including risk assessments and control evaluations.

The Senior Internal Auditor will prepare clear, well-structured audit reports, present findings to stakeholders, and recommend practical remediation and process improvements.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial statements and transactions, conducting walkthroughs and tests of controls, supporting fraud risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address identified issues.

The role also involves staying current on relevant regulations and best practices, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Oditifys audit methodology.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong proficiency in Audit Reports and Financial Audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up on findings.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial and operational data, assess risks,



and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Solid understanding of Finance concepts, financial statements, and internal control frameworks relevant to corporate and consulting environments.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; skilled certifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, or CFE are highly beneficial.
- Several years of progressive internal audit or assurance experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or complex corporate environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk management, regulatory compliance, and fraud risk assessment methodologies.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
