We are conducting a hiring drive for Qualified Chartered Accountants (Freshers) for the Consultant – GRO Internal Audit role with a leading Big 6 consulting firm in Gurgaon.

? Position Details

- Designation: Consultant
- Domain: Risk Advisory & Internal Audit
- Location: Mumbai
- Experience: CA Freshers

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute internal audit and risk advisory engagements across industries
- Perform process walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing
- Work on Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) documentation and testing
- Review and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct audits across key business cycles:
- P2P (Procure to Pay)
- O2C (Order to Cash)
- R2R (Record to Report)
- Evaluate and test Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
- Identify control gaps and provide actionable recommendations
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and senior management




- Ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining quality standards

? Required Skills

- Strong understanding of:
- Internal Audit
- Risk Advisory
- IFC
- RCM
- SOP framework
- P2P, O2C, R2R cycles
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

? Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Strong academic record
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, client-facing consulting setting
