Role Description The Intern UGC Content Creator is a full time remote role responsible for producing engaging user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with PPStack’s brand and educational mission. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and creating short-form video content, social media posts, and visual stories tailored to platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The intern will collaborate with marketing and content teams to adapt complex EdTech and career-related topics into accessible, relatable narratives for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities also include basic editing of videos and graphics,



drafting captions and scripts, participating in content planning sessions, and monitoring trends to suggest new UGC ideas. The role involves regular feedback sessions to refine content quality and maintain consistent brand tone and messaging.

Qualifications

- Ability to create short-form digital content, including videos, reels, and social media posts, with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
- Basic skills in video editing and graphic tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express or similar) to prepare content for publishing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) and current trends in UGC and creator-driven content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft clear captions, scripts, and post descriptions in en_US.
- Interest in EdTech, AI, digital skills, and career development topics, with the ability to translate them into simple, relatable content.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple content pieces, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Proactive mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to experiment with new content formats and ideas.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in media, communications, marketing, design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
