About the Role

We are looking for an Intern Site Engineer to support the day-to-day coordination and execution activities at our project site in Sector 115, Kharar, Mohali, Punjab.

This role is primarily focused on site coordination, vendor communication, material procurement, follow-ups, documentation, and execution support. The candidate will work closely with the project team, vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.

This is a non-technical coordination role and does not involve design, structural calculations, or technical engineering work.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and site teams for day-to-day requirements.
- Follow up with vendors regarding material availability, quotations, delivery schedules, and pending requirements.
- Assist in procuring and arranging materials required at the site.
- Track material orders from requirement to delivery.
- Coordinate and follow up on material deliveries and unloading at site.
- Maintain records of materials received, pending materials, and site requirements.
- Assist with vendor comparisons and quotations and coordinate internally for approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors and workers regarding day-to-day site requirements and schedules.
- Ensure that pending site requirements are followed up and closed on time.
- Maintain basic site-related documentation, bills, delivery challans, quotations, and records.
- Regularly communicate updates to the project team regarding material status, vendor updates, and pending activities.




- Assist in identifying and communicating site requirements or issues to the concerned team.
- Support the project team in maintaining smooth coordination between the office, vendors, contractors, and site.
- Carry out other coordination and administrative tasks related to site execution as required.

What We Are Looking For
- Candidates pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and workers.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to track multiple requirements and follow up until completion.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.
- Should be comfortable working on-site in Kharar, Mohali.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to travel locally for vendor visits, material procurement, or site-related requirements, when required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,001.00 per month
