- Promote the use of the SmartQ digital platform by explaining the perks and convenience of the SmartQ Ordering App, including available offers.
- Encourage users to download and use the App by providing guidance and training. Assist individuals without the App in placing orders and making payments through digital wallets
- Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement and monitor streamlined workflows and standardized procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges
- Identify potential risks to operations and implement mitigation strategies
- Willingness to commute to client location,
and carry out kitchen visits; owning two- wheeler will be an added advantage
- Contribute ideas to improve reporting formats, data accuracy, and overall process efficiency.
Skills Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Hotel Management/ Diploma in HM with a keen interest in applying skills in a professional setting.
