THF works with communities through direct implementation of projects on the ground in addition to providing local management and monitoring support to not-for-profit organizations in India funded through THF USA and RIST.

Process to start an internship at THF





- Interested candidates must submit a complete internship application, including a resume, a statement of interest.
- The HR team will review all applications and conduct interviews or assessments to evaluate the candidates qualifications and suitability for the internship position.
- Interns are expected to fulfil assigned duties and responsibilities related to their area of study or the purpose of their internship.
- Interns are expected to diligently perform their assigned tasks, maintain regular attendance, and adhere to the organizations policies, code of conduct, and professional standards.
- Interns may be required to participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other organizational activities as deemed necessary.
- Interns must fulfil any mandatory requirements of their institute before starting the internship.

- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and flexibility.
- Excellent written oral communication skills, fluency in spoken and written Hindi and English.
