6D Healthcare is a Chennai-based clinician-led lifestyle management company running a 100-Day Daily Monitoring Program for clients across India — delivered entirely online. Our multidisciplinary team works at the intersection of nutrition, sleep, stress management, and sustainable behavior change. We serve clients managing a range of conditions — from metabolic disorders to post-operative recovery — and clinical nutrition is central to everything we do.

The Internship

This is a hands-on, learning-intensive internship for students of Nutrition and Dietetics who want real clinical exposure — not just observation. You will work alongside our nutrition team on meaningful tasks: building speciality recipe databases, documenting cooking methodologies, and getting your first exposure to the clinical nutrition workflows that form the backbone of our programs.

What You Will Work On

Recipe Development & Documentation

● Research, develop, and document healthy recipes tailored to speciality clinical conditions, including:

○ Cardiac and post-operative cardiac care — low sodium, heart-healthy, recovery-supportive meals

○ Nephrology (CKD / dialysis) — potassium, phosphorus, and protein-controlled meal planning

● Calculate and document macronutrient and micronutrient profiles for each recipe

● Document healthy cooking methodologies — steaming, pressure cooking, air frying, soaking and sprouting, and other techniques relevant to therapeutic nutrition

Clinical Nutrition Exposure

● Observe and assist in interpreting basic lab reports in a clinical nutrition context

● Get hands-on exposure to Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)



principles as applied in real client cases

● Assist in designing and reviewing diet charts for clients across different health conditions

● Work with our team to understand how nutrition interventions are adapted to individual client profiles

What We Look For

● Genuine interest in clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy — not just general wellness

● Attention to detail, especially with numbers (macros, lab values, dietary targets)

● Willingness to document work thoroughly — recipe writeups, methodology notes, and structured records

● Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation

● Ability to commit to the internship duration without frequent breaks

Stipend : ₹8,000 per month (consolidated)
