Software Engineer Intern Full-Time Employee (FTE)

Opportunity Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented final-year students / recent graduates who are passionate about software development, Artificial Intelligence, and modern web technologies.

Selected candidates will initially join as Software Engineering Interns. During the internship, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹20,000 per month. Based on performance during the internship, candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a Full-Time Employee (FTE) role.

Key Skills Required

Programming & Development

- Good knowledge of C# / .NET
- Positive knowledge of Python
- Strong understanding of JavaScript
- Knowledge of React.js and/or Angular
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and web development fundamentals
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
- Understanding of SQL / No relational databases is an advantage

Artificial Intelligence & LLM Candidates should have an interest in or basic working knowledge of:

- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of LLMs, tokens and context, embeddings, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents / agentic workflows, and responsible use of AI tools

Candidates are not expected to be AI experts. We are looking for candidates who understand the fundamentals and demonstrate a willingness to learn and experiment with AI technologies.

Responsibilities

- Developing and maintaining software applications
- Building web applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, React/Angular and Python
- Developing and consuming REST APIs
- Working with databases and backend services
- Building AI-powered applications and features
- Using LLMs and prompt engineering for real-world business use cases
- Experimenting with AI development tools and frameworks
- Debugging, testing and improving applications
- Collaborating with experienced developers and technical teams
- Learning and adopting modern software engineering practices

Eligibility

- Final-year students or recent graduates from Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
- Strong programming fundamentals
- Candidates should be willing to work on both software engineering and AI-related projects
- No prior professional experience is mandatory for the internship

After Internship Candidates demonstrating strong technical performance, learning ability, problem-solving skills and professional conduct will be considered for a Full-Time Employee (FTE) position.
