We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern to join our Learning Development team (HR department). This internship offers hands-on experience in LD, employee engagement, and digital learning in a dynamic corporate environment.

- Assist in designing and creating content for employee development/engagement and LD initiatives.
- Support in developing, uploading, and tracking e-learning modules.
- Coordinate and maintain a tracking mechanism for training and development activities.
- Assist in vendor coordination and management for training programs.
- Support with data collation, analysis, and reporting as required.
- Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of virtual and in-person training sessions and employee engagement events, including scheduling, materials, invites, and follow-ups.




- Contribute to strategic organization development initiatives and long-term employee growth programs.
- Support in current project initiatives.
- The Intern will work closely in projects related to LD.
