Role Description The Intern GenAI role is a full time remote position focused on supporting the design, development, and experimentation of generative AI solutions for PPStack’s learning and career platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in building and testing AI-driven features, such as content generation, personalized learning experiences, and conversational assistants, under the guidance of senior team members.

The intern will help collect and prepare datasets, evaluate model outputs, document findings, and propose improvements to workflows and user experiences. Collaboration with educators, content creators, and technology teams will be required to align AI solutions with pedagogical goals and learner needs.



The role also involves researching emerging GenAI tools, participating in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributing to prototypes that enhance PPStack’s EdTech products and services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in programming and data, such as Python, basic SQL, and familiarity with APIs or cloud-based development environments.
- Candidates should possess introductory knowledge of AI and GenAI concepts, including large language models, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and ethical use of AI.
- Candidates should possess skills in research and analytical thinking, including the ability to review technical documentation, compare tools or frameworks, and summarize findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, such as clear written and verbal communication, ability to document work, and readiness to work in cross-functional remote teams.
- Candidates should possess a strong learning mindset, including curiosity about EdTech, willingness to experiment with new tools, and openness to feedback and iteration.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience with GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), version control tools (e.g., Git), or building simple AI-powered projects is a plus.
- Interest in education technology, digital careers, and learner-centric product design will be considered an advantage
