Role Description The Intern will support Digital Marketing Promotions ( will be a main role ), daily operational and administrative activities, assisting teams with tasks such as data entry, documentation, and basic coordination work.

Responsibilities may include helping with customer communication, updating records, preparing simple reports, and supporting office operations as needed. The intern will also collaborate with team members on small projects, learn standard procedures,



and follow guidance to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular presence at the office and a willingness to learn in a structured, professional setting.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform basic administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and handle routine office responsibilities.
- Comfort with using computers for tasks such as email, document creation, and basic data entry.
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and adapt to new tasks and processes.
- Good time management, reliability, and attention to detail when completing assigned work.
- Skilled attitude, respect for diverse colleagues and customers, and adherence to workplace policies.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in any discipline; business, management, Digital Marketing, hospitality related fields are a plus.
