Intern — Fund Research & AI Systems (Direct Founder Exposure)

We are Kenzo Research Partners, a young, independent investment research and advisory firm. Our core philosophy is simple: to be the best investor, you must study the best investors.

We are currently building a deep, multidimensional knowledge base on every meaningful alternative fund manager in India. We look at performance, process, philosophy, governance, and how teams behave through market cycles. Think of it as putting a microphone to the brain of a fund manager.

Right now, building these profiles is a manual, inconsistent process. We are looking for a sharp, process-oriented intern to sit with us and leverage AI tools (specifically Claude) to clean up, optimize, and accelerate how raw research becomes a finished fund profile.

No heavy engineering or coding required—just a sharper, smarter process.

? What you’ll be doing:

- Data Synthesis: Pulling insights from PPMs, investor letters, interviews, and meeting notes.
- AI Optimization: Experimenting with and utilizing Claude day-to-day to structure raw research into consistent, comparable fund profiles.
- Process Tightening:



Doing the unglamorous but critical work of building a data pipeline from scratch.

- The Curiously Minded: A student or recent graduate who is genuinely fascinated by investing and how outstanding fund managers think.
- The AI Power User: Someone who already uses Claude day-to-day and is curious about pushing its limits to get better outputs.
- The Builder: Highly organized, sharp, and low-ego. You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building clean systems.
