Role Description This is an internship role for a long term Intern - Corporate Law, based in office in Hyderabad. The intern will assist with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, corporate documents, and transactional agreements. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research on corporate and technology laws, preparing case notes and summaries, and supporting due diligence and compliance reviews.

The role involves coordinating with senior associates on client matters, organizing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The intern will also help prepare presentations, legal opinions,



and internal knowledge materials relevant to corporate and entrepreneurial clients. The internship shall be considered as an assessment internship.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law program (LLB or equivalent) with a focus or interest in corporate and business law.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law related to corporate and technology matters.
- Good drafting and written communication skills for contracts, corporate documentation, and client correspondence.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents, citations, and compliance-related materials.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, start-ups, and transactional work, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate effectively with the team, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (word processing, spreadsheets, and document management); familiarity with legal databases is an advantage.
- Prior internships or coursework in corporate, transactional, or technology law are preferred but not mandatory.
