Help build SparrowDesk s brand through content, conversations, and events. You ll work with our marketing team to connect with customer support professionals and explore community-building ideas, with guidance and support along the way.

What you ll do

- Help create and publish LinkedIn posts and engage in relevant conversations.

- Research customer support leaders, industry professionals, and potential speakers.

- Assist with speaker outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups for interviews and talks.

- Help prepare and coordinate online sessions, including recording and publishing.

- Help turn interviews and discussions into posts, short videos, and useful content, with production support.

- Research community-building ideas and help the team test them.

- Support the planning and coordination of webinars, meetups, and events.

- Keep content calendars and outreach lists updated, and help track audience engagement.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Good conversational skills: you listen well, ask thoughtful questions,



and put people at ease.

- Comfort reaching out to new people and a willingness to build confidence through practice.

- An interest in writing clear, engaging content and learning how LinkedIn works for brands.

- Good organizational skills and consistent follow-through.

- Initiative, a willingness to ask questions, and openness to feedback.

- Curiosity about customer support and the people working in it.

- Content, event, or community experience from clubs, volunteering, or personal projects is a bonus.

- Willingness to learn new tools and try different approaches. Prior skilled experience is not required.
