Who are we?

AccelNorth Partners is a UK- and UAE-joint headquartered global advisory firm dedicated to the private markets industry, with additional offices in India. While our operations and perspectives are global, with clients spanning Europe, the UK, Israel, Asia, and the US. We work with our clients (“partner firms”) to build world-class private markets investment businesses.

We help our GP clients optimise their strategy, operations, positioning and growth journeys, and provide support to our LP clients with planning investment strategy, building asset allocation, sourcing, and due diligence investable opportunities.

With decades of experience in private markets, as investors, advisors and entrepreneurs, our mission is to help our clients become more effective and efficient to maximise the impact of their investment and marketing activities.

We are an entrepreneurial business, in the 7th year of our journey, seeking to build on our loyal client base, while also increasing the breadth of project types that we deliver. We are offering opportunities to those with 1-3 years of professional background to join our business which today consists of a small but excellent team with backgrounds from JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, McKinsey, BNP Paribas, Deloitte, Hamilton Lane, PwC, Aon, amongst others, and educational backgrounds including the University of Cambridge, Drexel University, Imperial College London, and the CFA Institute.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a suitable candidate to support our growing business. Candidates should have at least one prior relevant internship or up to two years of relevant professional experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, asset management, or strategy consulting.

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with sound business judgement, and an ability to work independently and remotely with their own initiative.



We offer first-hand insights into the global venture capital and private equity industry and a behind the scenes glimpse of the nuts and bolts of fundraising project management.

About the role: As an Intern, you would be reporting day-to-day to an Associate and also will be working on projects with our Founder in our small but fast-paced and fast-growing business. You will be working with the project team to support our clients on their fundraising project management (including analytical tasks such as modelling, research, and putting together pitch decks and investment memorandums), and building private markets investment programmes (including supporting sourcing initiatives and conducting due diligence).

This is an intern role (with the option to join us as a full time analyst) or an Analyst position and we offer:

- Unique insights into the private equity and venture capital industry
- Experience in building a challenger business in an established industry
- Ability to work directly with the CEO, helping build out the business, as well as a project manager on each of your projects
- Exposure to clients, pitch experience and room for personal and professional growth
