- Site Execution & Quality Management

- Execute site work as per drawings, layouts, and specifications

- Ensure quality of materials, finishes, and workmanship

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

- Identify and rectify execution issues proactively

- Project Timeline & Delivery

- Plan daily/weekly site activities

- Monitor progress against project timelines

- Coordinate with teams to avoid delays

- Ensure timely completion of assigned milestones

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams

- Communicate design requirements clearly to execution teams

- Manage workforce allocation and productivity

- Act as a bridge between design team and site execution

- Reporting & Site Management

- Share regular progress updates and reports

- Maintain site records (materials, work status, issues)

- Track material usage and minimize wastage

- Ensure adherence to safety and site discipline

- Update trackers periodically and support in purchase requirements for projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
