Key Responsibilities1. On-Site Management &

- Execution

- Oversee daily site operations at project locations across Thane and surrounding regions.

- Read, interpret, and implement Working Drawings, civil markings, ceiling layouts, joinery details, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans.

- Mark exact layouts on-site before execution begins (partitions, electrical points, ceiling drops, plumbing lines).

- Provide regular site progress updates and daily reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.

1. Contractor &
- Trade Coordination

- Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors and specialized tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP installers, and masons.

- Enforce smooth work sequencing among vendors to eliminate site downtime (e.g., verifying conduit placement before ceiling closing).

- Enforce quality standards, site safety guidelines, and workplace etiquette across all trades.

1. Material Handling &
- Inventory Control

- Inspect all incoming materials (plywood grades, laminates, hardware, paints, tiles, sanitary fittings) against approved specifications and samples.





- Track inventory levels on-site to ensure timely requisitions and prevent work stalls.

- Implement strict material management to minimize damage, theft, and wastage.

1. Quality Control &
- Snagging

- Perform quality checks on finishing details, surface alignments, veneer/laminate press quality, paint coats, and tile alignment.

- Identify execution or site-drawings discrepancies early and escalate them to the Senior Project Manager with practical solutions.

- Prepare snag lists (punch lists) prior to site handovers and ensure prompt rectification by respective contractors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- On-time project milestone completion per the master schedule.

- Reduction of rework or execution errors.

- Efficient site material management with minimal wastage.

- Minimal snag list items during final client handover.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
