KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Supervise all interior finishing works: drywall partitions, false ceilings, flooring (marble, tile, wooden), wall cladding, painting, polishing, joinery, and decorative finishes.

▸ Ensure work is carried out per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.

▸ Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high finishing quality and workmanship standards.

▸ Review and approve material samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings prior to execution.

▸ Prepare snag lists, monitor rectifications, and ensure timely closure before handover.

▸ Coordinate with civil, MEP, façade, and other trades to resolve interface and execution issues.

▸ Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower deployment,



and daily productivity.

▸ Track progress against project schedule and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.

▸ Verify measurements and assist in preparation of contractor RA bills.

▸ Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage to minimise damage and wastage.

▸ Maintain daily progress reports and comprehensive site documentation.

▸ Enforce health and safety standards at site during all finishing works.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
