We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on site experience and positive knowledge of AutoCAD, technical drawings, quantity estimation, and costing. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, understanding drawings, preparing estimates, and ensuring work is completed as per specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and manpower.

- Read, understand, and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical drawings.

- Use AutoCAD to review drawings and make basic modifications when required.

- Ensure site work is executed according to approved drawings, measurements, and specifications.

- Take site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs and material requirements.

- Prepare estimates, costing, BOQs, and quotations as required.

- Calculate material quantities, labour requirements, and project costs.

- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, engineers, and management.

- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

- Check the quality and progress of work and ensure timely completion.





- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to management.

- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, material records, and work progress.

- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.

- Assist management with project planning, budgeting, and cost control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree/ITI in Civil Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

- Must be able to read and understand technical/construction drawings independently.

- Good knowledge of estimation, quantity calculation, BOQ preparation, and costing.

- Strong understanding of construction materials, measurements, and site execution.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage workers and contractors effectively.

- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage.

- Willingness to travel/work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
