Role Description The Interior Procurement role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing procurement activities for interior projects, including sourcing materials, fixtures, and furnishings that meet design, quality, and budget requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and tracking purchase orders, evaluating and onboarding suppliers, coordinating with project managers and designers, and ensuring timely delivery to sites. The role also requires supporting contract negotiations, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving supply-related issues to keep projects on schedule.





The Interior

Procurement professional will maintain accurate records, analyze costs, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement skills, including experience in interior or construction-related purchasing.
- Ability to manage and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in supplier evaluation, performance tracking, and vendor relationship management.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Solid analytical skills for cost comparison, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furnishings, and relevant industry standards.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with design, project, and finance teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with procurement or ERP software and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
