We are looking for an experienced Factory Head to manage our Interior & Modular Furniture Manufacturing Factory.

Candidate Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience as Factory Head / Production Manager / Factory Manager in Interior, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, or Fit-Out factory
- Solid knowledge of factory operations - Plywood, MDF, Laminates, Hardware, Edge Banding, CNC, Panel Saw, Section Cutting
- Experience in handling carpenters, machine operators, and factory staffs
- Knowledge of production planning, BOQ, drawings, and quality control
- Ability to handle material planning, stock management, and wastage control
- Good in MS Excel, AutoCAD reading, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for factory production, quality, and timely dispatch




- Plan daily production schedule as per project drawings and site requirements
- Manage all machines - Panel Saw, Edge Band, CNC, etc. and ensure maintenance
- Supervise carpenters and workers, allocate work, and ensure productivity
- Check quality of finished products
- Control material consumption, reduce wastage, and manage inventory
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Site Execution teams
- Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping in the factory
- Maintain production reports, stock reports, and daily MIS
