Key Responsibilities

- Technical Drafting: Produce comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), furniture layouts, wall elevations, and detailed sections using AutoCAD and SketchUp/Revit.

- Millwork & Joinery Detailing: Create highly detailed shop drawings for custom furniture, cabinetry, and bespoke architectural elements.

- Site Coordination: Conduct on-site measurements and translate them into accurate as-built drawings.

- Design Development: Assist senior designers in preparing mood boards, material schedules, and specification sheets.

- MEP Integration: Coordinate interior layouts with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) plans to ensure seamless integration and identify potential conflicts early.

- Revision Management: Promptly update and modify drawings based on feedback from clients, designers, or contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

- Documentation: Organize and maintain a digital library of CAD blocks, drawing templates, and project files.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.

- Experience:



2–5 years of proven experience as an Interior Draftsman in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.

- Core Software Proficiency:

- Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D).

- Proficiency in SketchUp.

- Familiarity with rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion) is a strong plus.

- Experience with Revit or 3ds Max is highly preferred.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, joinery details, ergonomics, building materials, and local building codes.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors.

- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
