An Interior Site Engineer is responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of interior works at the project site, ensuring that the work is completed as per approved drawings, design, quality standards, specifications, and project schedule.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day interior site execution and coordinate with workers and contractors.

Read and interpret 2D drawings, 3D designs, working drawings, and BOQ specifications.

Ensure execution is as per approved design and dimensions.

Coordinate carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and other interior works.

Check material quality, measurements, and workmanship.

Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.

Monitor work progress and maintain the project schedule.

Coordinate with designers,



vendors, contractors, and clients when required.

Identify site issues and provide practical solutions in consultation with the design/project team.

Take site measurements and verify completed works for billing and quantity purposes.

Maintain daily site updates, progress reports, and work records.

Ensure proper finishing, alignment, detailing, and overall quality of the project.

Follow site safety, housekeeping, and proper work practices.

Conduct snag inspections and ensure rectification before handover.

Qualifications

Any Graduate with minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience.
