Role Overview The Interior & Renovation Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out, renovation, civil, and finishing works. The role will ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily interior, renovation, civil, finishing, and MEP-related works at site.

- Review and understand architectural, interior, structural, MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, measurements, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Architects, Consultants, Clients, Vendors, Contractors, and Subcontractors.

- Allocate and monitor manpower, subcontractors, and daily site activities.

- Check site measurements, levels, dimensions, and executed quantities against approved drawings and BOQs.

- Supervise works including carpentry, false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, polishing, civil works, electrical, plumbing, and other finishing activities.

- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards and approved materials/samples.

- Check material deliveries, usage, storage, and wastage at site.

- Identify site issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely completion of activities.





- Monitor project progress and maintain daily progress, manpower, material, and site records.

- Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, RA bills, and final accounts.

- Assist in checking subcontractor measurements, work quantities, variations, and additional works.

- Coordinate with the commercial/quantity surveying team for billing, measurements, material reconciliation, and cost-related matters.

- Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping, and protection of completed works.

- Conduct snagging and ensure timely closure of defects, punch-list items, and pending works before handover.

- Support project close-out, final measurements, documentation, and client handover.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of interior construction, renovation, civil, and finishing works.

- Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings and BOQs.

- Knowledge of site measurements, billing, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and final accounts.

- Good understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and finishing standards.

- Robust coordination and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic site documentation.

- Strong attention to detail, quality, and timelines.

- Ability to manage multiple activities, contractors, and site teams effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
