Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards that align with client requirements and project budgets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, preparing detailed construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and overseeing on-site execution to ensure design quality and timely delivery. The role also involves client consultations, material and finish selection, site visits, and regular status updates to stakeholders.

Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless design-to-delivery experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic spaces.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning expertise to optimize layouts for usability, comfort, and visual appeal.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and technical documentation for on-site execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; knowledge, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail, project management capability, and willingness to visit and supervise sites in Bengaluru as needed.
