DOTOM MV GROUP hiring for the post of Interior Designer Supervisor for their residentials projects .

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ▸ Supervise all interior finishing works: drywall partitions, false ceilings, flooring (marble, tile, wooden), wall cladding, painting, polishing, joinery, and decorative finishes.▸ Ensure work is carried out per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.▸ Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high finishing quality and workmanship standards.▸ Review and approve material samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings prior to execution.▸ Prepare snag lists, monitor rectifications, and ensure timely closure before handover.▸ Coordinate with civil, MEP, façade, and other trades to resolve interface and execution issues.▸ Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower deployment,



and daily productivity.▸ Track progress against project schedule and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.▸ Verify measurements and assist in preparation of contractor RA bills.▸ Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage to minimise damage and wastage.▸ Maintain daily progress reports and comprehensive site documentation.▸ Enforce health and safety standards at site during all finishing works
