We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong expertise in site measurement, AutoCAD 2D drafting, and 3D visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client requirements into accurate technical layouts and high-quality 3D renders, while successfully bridging the gap between initial concepts and on-site execution.

- Job Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Candidates residing in or reliably commuting to Thane preferred)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in interior design and site supervision

Role & responsibilities

- Site Survey & Measurement: Conduct precise on-site physical measurements and document accurate site conditions, structural constraints, and utility points.
- 2D Drafting & Space Planning: Create comprehensive 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, false ceiling designs, electrical/plumbing layouts, and detailed joinery drawings using AutoCAD.
- 3D Visualisation: Develop realistic 3D models and high-quality renders using design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray) to help clients visualize the final space.
- Material & Mood Boards: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, color schemes, and lighting fixtures.
- In office Coordination: Coordinate closely with site supervisors,



contractors, and vendors to ensure execution aligns perfectly with approved drawings.
- Client Interaction: Present design concepts, handle revisions based on feedback, and maintain smooth client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile 1. Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is mandatory).
- Strong skills in 3D software like Google SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar visualization tools.
- Ability to create precise, execution-ready working drawings (GFC drawings).

2. Soft Skills & Professional Attributes

- Excellent spatial awareness and an eye for interior aesthetics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle clients and vendors effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset to tackle unexpected challenges during site execution.

3. Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Any Graduate, Degree or Diploma in Interior Designing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience handling residential or commercial interior projects from concept to site completion.
- Portfolio: A valid portfolio showcasing past 2D working drawings and final 3D renders is required.
