1. Job Purpose

To develop creative, functional and technically feasible interior design solutions and ensure their successful execution within approved design, quality, budget and timeline requirements.

1. Key Responsibilities

Design &

- Concept Development

- Understand client/business requirements and develop suitable interior design concepts.

- Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, colour schemes and material selections.

- Develop 2D layouts, elevations, sections and detailed design drawings.

- Prepare 3D models, renders and design presentations for client/management approval.

- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appropriate and aligned with project requirements.

Technical Design &

- Documentation

- Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts and joinery details.

- Develop BOQ, material specifications and finish schedules.

- Review drawings for design accuracy, constructability and coordination with site requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, civil, electrical, HVAC and other project teams.

Project &

- Site Coordination

- Conduct site visits, measurements and design inspections.

- Monitor implementation of approved designs at site.

- Resolve design-related issues during execution.

- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

- Track project progress against agreed timelines.

Material &

- Vendor Coordination

- Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and suppliers for material selection and execution.





- Review samples and mock-ups and ensure compliance with approved specifications.

- Support procurement teams with technical specifications and material requirements.

Client &

- Stakeholder Management

- Present design concepts and proposals to clients/management.

- Understand feedback and incorporate design revisions.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions and approvals.

Team Management

- Coordinate with junior designers, draftsmen, contractors and site teams.

- Review design outputs and provide technical guidance.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned design deliverables.

1. Required Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture or related discipline.

- Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

1. Required Experience

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, fit-out or project execution.

- Experience in residential, commercial, corporate, hospitality or industrial interiors will be considered.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects is preferred.

1. Technical Skills

- AutoCAD – Mandatory

- SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit – Preferred





- Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite – Preferred

- 2D & 3D visualization

- Space planning and furniture layout

- Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting and furniture

- BOQ, estimation and quantity understanding

- Working knowledge of construction and execution practices

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
