Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid Interior Designer, Residential role based in Delhi, India.

The Interior

Designer will plan and design residential interiors for premium builder floors, ensuring spaces are functional, aesthetically coherent, and aligned with Ishan Homes’ design philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing space plans, creating mood boards and design concepts, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing detailed drawings in coordination with architects and engineers. The role involves site visits to review execution quality,



coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that materials, finishes, and details meet design and quality standards.

The Interior

Designer will also collaborate with internal and external experts to incorporate client requirements, Vastu considerations, and practical constraints into thoughtful, well-resolved designs.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan residential interiors effectively, with strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Understanding of Architecture and its integration with interior concepts and layouts.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and detailed design documentation.
- Experience specifying and coordinating FF&E;, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Solid visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Experience in residential projects, preferably high-quality apartments or builder floors, is an advantage.
