- Understand client requirements and develop design concepts accordingly.
- Handle clients throughout the design process and maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, and detailed working drawings.
- Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback and revisions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with site, sales, and execution teams.
- Assist clients with material, colour, finish, and furniture selections.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in residential/home interior design.
- Prior client handling experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray/3ds Max or similar design software.
- Good knowledge of space planning, materials, and furniture design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and convert them into practical design solutions.
