About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of residential interior design. As a Design Intern at Theos, you will work closely under the guidance of an experienced Interior Designer, gaining hands-on exposure to client interactions, technical detailing, material selection, and our overall design process.

Key Responsibilities

- Client & Meeting Support: Assist the lead designer in client onboarding and site kick-off meetings, taking clear and precise Minutes of Meeting (MOMs) to capture all functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Design & Technical Detailing: Support the designer in drafting, refining, and detailing technical drawings, layout plans, and design concepts using CAD software.
- Material & Finish Selection: Help explore and organize material samples,



finishes, hardware, and color schemes to align with project requirements.
- Process Learning: Learn and follow Theos’ technical and design standards throughout every stage, before starting the process of design through to final project handover.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Assist in coordinating with Sales, 3D visualizers, KWS, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment.
- Documentation & Data Management: Help maintain accurate and updated design specifications, drawings, and project records in the CRM system.
- Problem Solving & Learning: Proactively participate in internal trainings and workshops, assisting the team in identifying and resolving day-to-day design challenges.

Duration & Compensation

- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

- Duration: 3 Months
- Career Path: Successful completion of the 3-month internship includes a Certificate of Completion and an opportunity to transition into a permanent role at Theos with a competitive compensation package.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements :

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des) is compulsory.
- Skills: Robust foundational understanding of design principles, ergonomics, and residential space planning.
- Software: Proficiency in CAD software and basic knowledge of design visualisation tools.
- Traits: High enthusiasm, strong attention to detail, and a keen eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Good communication skills in English (proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is a plus).
