Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and clients to deliver thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically cohesive interior spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior concepts, preparing space plans, and selecting finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that align with project objectives and brand standards. The role involves creating detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout construction and installation.

The Interior





Designer will attend client meetings, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and support project timelines and budgets. This position requires proactive participation in design reviews, site visits, and quality checks to ensure that completed interiors meet HPA Design’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Design preferred. Masters is an added advantage.

- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Architecture for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in Space Planning, with the ability to optimize layouts for functionality, comfort, and aesthetics.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for interiors.
- Knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, solid visualization skills, and the ability to translate concepts into buildable solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving design requirements.
- Prior experience in high-quality or luxury interior projects is an advantage.
