Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role focused on HRBR layout projects, based in Bengaluru North.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets, and translate these into practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layouts and construction drawings, selecting finishes and materials, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves site visits, measuring spaces, working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring that designs are executed according to plans, quality standards, and timelines.

The Interior





Designer will also prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation, and support project tracking and client communication throughout the design and implementation process.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design skills, including concept development and detailed Interior Design and FF&E; capabilities.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and utilization of residential layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals to coordinate effectively with structural and MEP requirements.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and design documentation for contractors and vendors.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience working on residential projects, ideally in HRBR layout or similar urban neighborhoods.
- Familiarity with design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and budget constraints.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru North, manage multiple projects, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
