Role Description The Interior Designer role at Furnishers5 is a full-time, on-site position based in Dwarka.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and create detailed layouts for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E;, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed. The role also involves meeting with clients to understand requirements,



presenting design proposals, and managing timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Robust Space Planning skills with the ability to optimize layouts for functionality, safety, and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Architecture and construction processes to coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and documentation using relevant design software.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience working on residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively on-site in Dwarka.
