About the Role

Greenovation Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, technically sound, and detail-oriented Interior Designer – Space Planning & Execution to join our in-house design and project team. The candidate will be responsible for interior space planning, design development, material selection, working drawings, 3D visualization, vendor coordination, and site execution for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop functional and aesthetically appealing space plans and furniture layouts.

- Create interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentation layouts.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare execution drawings for furniture, false ceilings, flooring, electrical points, lighting layouts, wall finishes, and other interior details.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, colors, lighting, fixtures, furniture, hardware, and accessories based on project requirements and budget.
- Verify site measurements and existing site conditions before finalizing drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, fabricators, and the site execution team.
- Conduct site visits to review design implementation, quality, and progress.
- Modify and update designs based on management, client, or site requirements.
- Assist in material finalization, quantity planning, quotations,



and vendor coordination.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Maintain proper design drawings, revisions, specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure approved designs are implemented accurately and within project timelines.

Qualification & Experience

* Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred in interior design, working drawings, or site execution.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design and visualization software is preferred.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, hardware, and fixtures.
- Good knowledge of interior detailing and site execution processes.
- Strong sense of space planning, proportions, colors, materials, and aesthetics.
- Good communication, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines.
