Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at the Noida office, collaborating with project teams to design and deliver residential, commercial, and corporate interiors. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards and layouts, creating detailed drawings, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. The role involves space planning, material and finishes selection, FF&E; coordination, and preparing 3D visualizations or presentations for client reviews.

The Interior

Designer will participate in client meetings,



gather requirements, present design options, and refine solutions based on feedback while maintaining project timelines and budget constraints. Additional tasks include site visits, quality checks, and documentation to support smooth project execution and handover.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture concepts to create functional, well-balanced layouts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation for execution.
- Candidates should be proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic 3D visualization tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong aesthetic sense, knowledge of materials and finishes, and awareness of current design trends.
- Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients and cross-functional project teams.
- Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial projects in India is an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects, work on-site as needed, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
