About us

Aeorvi Interior Solutions is a home furnishings business. We are expanding into interior design and furnishing solutions for business clients, using our existing materials, sourcing capabilities and supplier network. We are hiring an interior designer to translate client requirements into practical designs and coordinate their execution.

About the role

You will work closely with our B2B salesperson, clients and existing vendors to take projects from the initial brief through design approval and installation. The role combines creative work with technical detailing, costing and site coordination. We are looking for someone who can independently manage the design and execution of clearly scoped projects, communicate confidently with clients and maintain control over quality and timelines.

Key responsibilities

- Attend client meetings and site visits to understand requirements, assess existing conditions and record accurate measurements.
- Develop space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards and coordinated material, colour and furnishing selections.
- Prepare clear presentations and suitable 3D views to help clients understand and approve proposed designs.
- Produce working drawings and installation details appropriate to the agreed project scope.
- Prepare bills of quantities, material specifications and cost estimates in coordination with our sales and sourcing teams.
- Select suitable products from available collections and suppliers, balancing appearance, function, durability and budget.
- Coordinate with installers, fabricators and other vendors to communicate approved specifications and resolve execution queries.
- Visit active sites, review progress and workmanship,



identify discrepancies and follow through on corrections.
- Record client approvals, drawing revisions and requested changes, highlighting their effect on price and delivery dates.
- Maintain organised project files and support final inspections, handover and resolution of outstanding defects.

What we are looking for

- Three to five years of interior design experience, including completed projects that you helped take through execution.
- A degree or diploma in interior design, architecture or a related field.
- A portfolio showing design thinking, technical drawings and photographs of completed work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, or equivalent tools for drafting and visualisation.
- Practical understanding of furnishings, furniture, finishes, measurements and installation requirements.
- Experience preparing itemised estimates and coordinating with clients, contractors or suppliers.
- Clear communication in Hindi and English, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Availability for daytime site visits across Delhi NCR and confidence working independently.
- Experience with offices, hospitality or other commercial spaces is an advantage.
