Role Description This full-time Interior Designer and Site Supervisor roles is based on-site in Hyderabad. The roles involves developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and coordinating space planning for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained on site.

The Interior

Designer and Site Supervisor will oversee project execution, monitor workmanship and material quality, track progress against timelines, and address on-site issues promptly. The role also includes client interactions, site meetings, documentation of changes,



and ensuring that completed spaces align with REISA INTERIO’s standards of functionality, aesthetics, and comfort.

Requirements:

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically aligned layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture understanding and Construction Drawings to interpret, prepare, and coordinate technical plans.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture for Interior Designer and Civil Engineering degree for Site supervisor.
- Experience in site supervision for interior projects, including vendor coordination and quality control.
- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) for Interior Designer.
- Solid project management, time management, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, building codes, and basic construction practices.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience for Both Interior Designer and Sitte Supervisor.
